Message	you have the right to demand all the parts to be replaced by OEM and to ahve the work done wherever you like. The insurance company cannot make you go to a particular shop. I would consult a lawyer cause your about to get screwed. --wes : Im not sure about Florida law, but in Texas you have the right to have your car worked on by the shop of your choice, not the insurance companies. I know consumer protection laws like that have been adopted by many other states. It's worth looking into the law in your case.
